The hotel is located between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, each half an hour away, making it ideal for companies and tourists traveling in the region. The hotel has 208 rooms, all of which are of the highest standard. In addition, 21 meeting rooms are available for events. Gastronomically, our guests are spoiled in the hotel's restaurant and bar.

- Control of the cleaned rooms
- Coordination of the laundry with the laundry department
- Assignment of employees according to the business volume
- The guidance and training of employees* and trainees
- Handling of guest laundry
- Recording and forwarding of repair work
- Handling of lost property
- Control of stock, orders and deliveries
- Responsibility for and ensuring cleanliness in the rooms and public areas
- In our apartment house Villa Trautz: room control and independent work on site as a substitute for our employee
- Maintaining high standards of quality and service
Experience. Requirements. Commitment.
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally already in this position
- Experience in handling cleaning agents, various materials and cleaning equipment
- Natural friendliness, positive and sympathetic appearance
- Good written and spoken German
