Pforzheim is an ideal starting point for an excursion into nature as a starting point for numerous cycle and hiking trails through the Black Forest. The Westweg, the oldest and probably most famous long-distance hiking trail in the Black Forest, starts at the "Golden Gate" at Kupferhammer. There are also numerous hiking trails in and around Pforzheim for recreational hikers.

You can explore the forest and nature on a leisurely cycle tour with your family or on a sporting excursion with friends. Whether along the three rivers Enz, Nagold and Würm or on the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Path, in and around Pforzheim there are numerous possibilities.
